PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a spherical amine based latent curing agent which can be densely packaged and can achieve reduction in transportation cost, and to provide an apparatus suitable for the production method.;SOLUTION: In one embodiment, there is provided a method for producing a spherical amine based latent curing agent, in which non-spherical power obtained by pulverizing a solid amine based latent curing agent is heated so that an individual power particulate becomes deformable. In another embodiment, there is provided a method for producing a spherical amine based latent curing agent, in which the above heating is performed using a hot wind having a temperature equal to or above the melting point of the amine based latent curing agent.
