PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an unintended image from being included in superimposed images even when a portable terminal has an incoming call during superimposed photographing.;SOLUTION: A first apparatus 5 comprises: incoming call notification means that outputs incoming call notification information of an incoming call to a second apparatus 1 if any; and transmission means that transmits acquired imaging data to the second apparatus 1.
