PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for predicting differentiation-inducing properties to regulatory T-cells (T reg cells), a method for determining the risk of development of graft versus host disease, and a biomarker for predicting the differentiation-inducing properties to regulatory T-cells.SOLUTION: A method for predicting differentiation-inducing properties of naive T-cells to T reg cells includes a process of predicting differentiation-inducing properties on the basis of a result which is obtained by comparing a value indicating the amount of ZAK in naive T-cells contained in the body fluid with a threshold value.
