PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a DC homopolar motor with a structure that has a simple configuration and an excellent assemblability; and a DC/AC conversion system that is satisfactorily operable even under extremely low temperature environment by using the DC homopolar motor.;SOLUTION: A DC homopolar motor (10) is rotatingly driven by DC power. The DC homopolar motor (10) includes: a rotary structure (14) having a second wire (15) wound therearound; a slip ring (18) slidingly moved with a brush (19) disposed on a first wire (11); and a superconducting magnet (16) for applying a predetermined magnetic field to the second wire wound around the rotary structure.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
