RECOMMENDATION PROGRAM, DEVICE, AND METHOD FOR RECOMMENDING REVIEWER SUITED TO USER'S PREFERENCE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recommendation program and the like capable of recommending reviewers suited to preference of a user in a situation where review comments for an item (a commodity or services) are submitted by many reviewers.;SOLUTION: Serviceability of a reviewer identifier with respect to user identifiers is calculated on the basis of "an estimated preference degree" of respective items of the user identifiers of recommendation object and "an estimated evaluation degree" of the review comment to each item for every reviewer identifier. A reviewer identifier is selected on the basis of the serviceability, and the reviewer identifier is transmitted to a user operating terminal.
