PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system capable of being useful for recognizing how a passenger is properly using a plurality of routes, predicting future flow, and leading and guiding the passenger, by recognizing passenger flow including transfer between different railroad companies and quantizing how much which route is utilized to go from a certain spot to a certain spot.;SOLUTION: From information of entry/exit of a ticket gate and purchase or the like to be saved as a history of an electronic ticket, a movement log including transfer is generated on the basis of the ID information, and data for which utilization situations for respective routes are summed up based on the movement log is prepared comprehensively.
