PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ground improvement method and a device therefor that achieve ground improvement processing of high quality by associatively controlling an excavation speed and the injection amount of a solidification material using a simple backhoe.;SOLUTION: The backhoe is used which has a plurality of arms coupled rotatably in order, and is provided with a cylinder varying angles of coupling parts. An auger and a ground solidification material discharge tube are drooped and connected to the arm at the tip, and a detector for an angle of a coupling part of each arm and/or the length of the cylinder and a solidification material injection detector are provided, and connected to a control arithmetic part. A solenoid valve control part which controls the cylinder is connected to the control arithmetic part, which includes a memory storing a time table up to final penetration based upon data on angles of the coupling parts of the respective arms and/or lengths of the cylinder varying the angles in initial setting and data on angles of the coupling parts of the respective arms corresponding to penetration distances of the auger and/or lengths of the cylinder varying the angles.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
