PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve accuracy of matching of a photographed image and a specific image, and to raise the recognition rate, when retrieving an image corresponding to the photographed image.;SOLUTION: An input part inputs image data of a photographed image photographed by a photographing part. An image feature quantity calculation part calculates photographed image feature quantity indicating a feature of the photographed image, on the basis of the image data. An image feature quantity comparison part detects a similar image whose feature is identical or similar to a specific image, in the photographed images, on the basis of specific image feature quantity indicating a feature of the specific image to be retrieved, and the photographed image feature quantity. A registration part acquires re-registration information relating to the similar image, and registers the acquired re-registration information in a storage part.
