PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carbon dioxide concentration measurement instrument and carbon dioxide concentration measurement method capable of continuously and automatically measuring by in-line, a carbon dioxide concentration in an absorption liquid containing an amine compound, and also to provide a carbon dioxide collection system.SOLUTION: A carbon dioxide collection system of an embodiment includes: an absorption tower for allowing gas containing carbon dioxide to be brought into contact with an absorption liquid containing an amine compound so as to allow the absorption liquid to absorb the carbon dioxide; a regeneration tower to which the absorption liquid is supplied from the absorption tower and which discharges the carbon dioxide from the absorption liquid; a boiler to which the absorption liquid is supplied from the regeneration tower and which heats the absorption liquid and returns it to the regeneration tower; and one or more carbon dioxide concentration measurement instruments for measuring a carbon dioxide concentration in the absorption liquid by using the vibration of a sample cell caused by Coriolis force to be generated by the flow of the absorption liquid inside the sample cell.
