PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an abnormal conversation detecting apparatus and the like which accurately detect abnormal conversation without being influenced by individual characteristics of an operator or an intended change in conversation.;SOLUTION: The abnormal conversation detecting apparatus includes: a conversation time measuring section 310 for measuring the speaking time of an operator 102 and the speaking time of the calling opposite party of the operator 102; a conversation information analyzing section 320 for calculating a ratio of speaking by the operator 102 or that by the opposite party on the basis of each speaking time measured by the conversation time measuring section 310; and means for outputting on a display 109a display corresponding to a result of comparing the ratio calculated by the speaking information analyzing section 320 with the ratio of the speaking to be compared.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
