PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an applicator capable of reducing an air conditioning load by maintaining a coating part at a high degree of cleanliness and collecting a part of atmosphere containing a solvent component which comes from the coating part.;SOLUTION: A local air supply/exhaust box is configured such that a space in a part just before a coating part is always maintained at a positive pressure by supplying clean dry air, almost all clean dry air supplied to the part just before the coating part is allowed to flow into a space including the coating part, a part of atmosphere including a solvent component which comes from the coating part is collected by imposing a negative pressure lower than the outside pressure, and dust intrusion from the outside can be minimized.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
