PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further develop a traffic safety mechanism by eliminating a fault as much as possible in which it is taken for granted that exhibition of the function of blinkers as one of a few transmitting facilities of driver's will of a vehicle greatly depends upon a blinking timing thereof and blinker lamps that blink just before hardly draw attentions, are a blind spot or a fault of the function of the blinker lamps that should be safe and mean a big fault of the traffic safety mechanism.SOLUTION: Road painting in the vicinity of an intersection changes a color of margin portions of roadway surfaces that are 30 meters short of stop lines of the intersection or have distances of 3 seconds driving to the stop lines at a limited speed of the intersection and, as the need arises, margin portions of the intersection from present a gray road surface color to one through four colors of yellow, red, green and blue. The margin portions represent portions in the vicinity of the intersection on which there is not any sign of a crosswalk, a bicycle crossing zone or the like and a color thereof is an original state, that is, gray.
