I shown and described a system for detecting hydrogen peroxide cold aseptic filling system using (PAA)-based cleaning solution peracetic acid (H 2 _{O 2)} concentration. Receives the PAA-based cleaning solution, the system includes a conductivity sensor configured to provide a signal representing the conductivity of the PAA-based cleaning solution. The system further comprises a controller for comparing a threshold that receives the signal representing the conductivity of the PAA-based cleaning fluid, associated with the set point ₂ O ₂ concentration H the signal.
