PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a customer to instantly know a definite moving charge only by inputting predetermined information and to prepare a contract contents confirmation document displaying information needed to determine contents and charge of a moving contract on the basis of various information inputted by the customer.;SOLUTION: A contract contents confirmation preparation system includes: definite charge and contract application information transmission means for transmitting to a customer terminal a definite charge calculated by definite charge calculation means and the declaration of intention of a contract application to moving work based on the definite charge; approval declaration of intention reception means for receiving the approval declaration of intention of the contract application based on the declaration of intention of the customer to complete a contract conclusion; contract contents confirmation table preparation means for preparing a contract contents confirmation table displaying contract contents information including at least work contents information and definite charge information; and printing means for printing out the contract contents confirmation table prepared by the contract contents confirmation table preparation means as a contract contents confirmation document.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
