PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for managing a group of users to play to share the content provided by the cloud computing system.;SOLUTION: Triggered by a notice from an organizer client device, which connects to a content delivery device 600 that allows multiple client devices to jointly execute the same content via a network 300, a participation recruitment unit 430 recruits users who want to participate in joint execution of a content. An information notification unit 440: consults a user information storage unit 16 that links and stores content delivered by the content delivery device 600, information that specifies users to whom the content is delivered, and proficiency information that suggests the proficiency of the users with respect to the content; acquires proficiency information for the content for which participation has been recruited for each user who wants to participate and has been received by the participation recruitment unit 430; and notifies the organizer client device of the acquired proficiency information.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
