PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a radio communication device capable of selecting a proper radio access network according to a movement state by decreasing suspension of communication.;SOLUTION: A radio communication device which is mounted on a movable body, connects with an IP network, and has a plurality of radio devices 37 and 38 corresponding to different access networks respectively comprises: a communication area DB 43 in which information on an usable area for each radio access network is stored; a speed information acquisition part 40 acquiring speed information on the movable body; a location information acquisition part 41 acquiring location information showing a present location of the movable body; and a path switching control part 30 which estimates a moving direction of the movable body on the basis of the speed information, and selects a radio access network to be used for a relay path of communication between an internal network and an external network on the basis of the moving direction, the location information, and the communication area.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
