In complicated dispersed application environment, the hardware which is detected and/or the alert which is based on the problem of the software mapping is done in recovery action in order automatically to solve problem. The alert which mapping is not done through the circulating escalation method of including the verification hand off notification from the individual or the team which is appointed escalation is done in the individual and the team which are appointed. Through escalation process for cancelling, each not only alert the information which was collected is recorded in order to expand the knowledge base of the solution which is automated.
