PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutoff part forming method for wire harness that can improve handleability of a cutoff material and securely and efficiently charge a cutoff material between electric wires, a cutoff material, and a wire harness.;SOLUTION: A cutoff part forming method for a wire harness 11 includes the processes of: vertically unbinding and routing a plurality of electric wires 31 of an electric wire bundle 33, having the respective electric wires 31 bundled, at a predetermined position; coating the respective vertically unbound electric wires 31 with a solid cutoff material 19 which is molded in a tape shape and flexible; making the cutoff material 19, which is pressurized while heated from outside by heating and pressurizing means 23 to become less flowable not to drip, permeate among the respective electric wires 31; and forming a cutoff part by bundling and winding the plurality of electric wires 31, having been impregnated with the cutoff material 19, with a cutoff sheet.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
