PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To emboss a surface of a glass substrate or a transparent resin film sheet and the like, and evaluate the surface shape of a product provided with light diffusion property.;SOLUTION: A system for identifying the surface shape of an isotropic light diffusion mat film having a function by which light is refracted and diffused due to a random three-dimensional surface shape includes: a three-dimensional surface shape measurement part for setting a prescribed reference plane (XY-plane) on the film surface, virtually dividing the XY-plane into a grid shape at constant intervals (Pxy) both in x- and y-directions, measuring the height of a grid intersection point (i, j) at a predetermined pitch (Pz), and storing the height as height data of the grid intersection point (i, j); and a histogram generation part for calculating a histogram of inclination angles of minute regions by using the height data.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
