PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a distribution system communication apparatus and distribution system communication system capable of flexibly performing system construction and attaining high-speed and high-capacity communication by introducing an Ad hoc On-Demand Distance Vector (AODV) routing method which is used for a radio communication protocol into an optical communication protocol without performing a significant alteration.;SOLUTION: A new protocol stack 10 adds at least AODV routing means of a ZigBee(R) (ZB) NWK layer 33 to a network layer, defines it as a NWK layer 12, and includes a first IP layer 11 and a second IP layer 13 respectively on the low-order side and the high-order side. Since the IP layers 11, 13 are arranged on both of the low-order and high-order sides of the ZB NWK layer 12, both of a MAC layer 22 on the low-order side and a TCP/UDP layer 24 on the high-order side include interfaces with the IP layers.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
