PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To show whether the medical examination result of an object group is good or bad with higher accuracy and easiness to understand.SOLUTION: A medical examination information analysis system for analyzing an inspection result obtained by a medical examination includes: an object group distribution creation part for creating the distribution of the number of persons for each hierarchy by sorting the inspection results of an object group constituted of persons who are assigned to a group as the object of evaluation in a predetermined range; a reference group distribution creation part for creating the distribution of the number of persons for each hierarchy by sorting the inspection results of a reference group constituted of persons who are not assigned to the object group; a distribution comparison part for comparing the distribution of the object group with the distribution of the reference group, and for calculating a difference between the number of persons whose inspection results are worse than predetermined reference values; and an output part for ranking and outputting inspection items on the basis of the difference of the number of persons.
