PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antenna structure for a portable terminal which achieves the waterproof level withstanding submergence.SOLUTION: A contact conduction part 3, electrically connecting with an antenna element part 1, is provided so as to slide in a cylindrical part 41 of a holder 4 and come in contact with and electrically connects with the interior of the cylindrical part 41. The opening side of a water proof tube 5, having a substantially cylindrical shape with a closed bottom, is fitted on the cylindrical part 41. An O ring 6 is fitted onto a cylindrical outer periphery of the waterproof tube 5 in a manner such that the O ring 6 is held by the waterproof tube 5 and a housing 7 of the portable terminal and thereby being pressed in the radial direction.
