PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inner receiver for identifying front and rear sound, detecting clear and natural sound and solving a normal position in the head in binaural sound detection and to provide a receiver for identifying the front and rear sounds only in monaural hearing and reproducing a sound field for upper/lower/front/back parts.;SOLUTION: The receiver using means for radiating sound by turning sound radiation axes 51 and 52 showing a sound radiation direction of a sounder toward a partial side wall of an external canal is provided to realize the receiver of an out-of-head normal position and high sound quality. The plurality of sounders 56 and 57 are installed for one eye and a radio wave is radiated by turning the plurality of radio wave radiation axes 51 and 52 toward different prescribed positions of an ear canal wall. Thus, even in the monaural sound detection, front sound and rear sounds can be identified. Thus, an inner surround headphone, a hearing aid with which sound that a user intends to hear can be heard and a stethoscope can be provided.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
