PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve delivery efficiency while suppressing the loosening phenomenon of a coil material 22, even when the sheet metal is fed while imparting tension to it.;SOLUTION: The sheet metal feeding device 2 includes: a diameter detecting means 30 for calculating the outside diameter D2 of a coil of a coil material 22 on the basis of a feed rate which is detected by a first detector 17 and the rotational amount of an uncoiler 15, which is detected by a second detector 18; a torque calculating means 31 for calculating a torque control value p to an uncoiler driving motor 16 on the basis of the outside diameter D2 of the coil, which is determined by the diameter detecting means 30 and the tension of the sheet metal 12 after delivery; and a control means 32 for performing torque control to the uncoiler driving motor 16 in accordance with the torque control value p which is calculated by the torque calculating means 31 after the rotation of the uncoiler driving motor 16 is stopped.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
