DOCKING TYPE FOOD SERVICE CART INCLUDING SUPERHEATED STEAM UNIT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow efficient utilization of superheated steam with a simple structure without increasing the size of the whole device and complicating the device, in a docking type food service cart.;SOLUTION: The docking type food service cart 1 includes: a station 6 including a superheated steam supply device 2 and a cooling device; and a box-shaped cart 8 capable of freely docking with the station 6. The superheated steam supply device 2 and the cooling device 3 are installed inside a casing 4 provided at the upper part of the station 6, and a cart-storing recessed place 7 for intrusion of the cart 8 is formed below the casing 4. The superheated steam supply device 2 has an integrated structure wherein a tubular body 42 whose inside is a steam passage, a fan 43 blowing air into the body 42, a steam generation device 44, and a heater 41 superheating generated steam are integrated.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
