AUTHENTICATION METHOD AND SYSTEM IN MOBILE-NETWORK-BASED END-TO-END COMMUNICATION, AND AUTHENTICATION CENTER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an authentication method in mobile-network-based end-to-end communication.SOLUTION: The authentication method is applied to a system including a first service entity requesting a service, a second service entity providing the service and an entity authentication center EAC. The method includes the steps of: according to a negotiated authentication mode, executing mutual authentication between the first service entity and the EAC and mutual authentication between the second service entity and the EAC, respectively; when the first service entity requests the second service entity for providing a service, generating a shared derivative key by providing from the EAC an authentication inquiry related to the first service entity and the second service entity, according to the authentication mode; and generating a session key for service protection by mutually authentication in the first and second service entities according to the shared derivative key and the negotiated authentication mode.
