PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce equipment burdens and at the same time, to improve a yield.;SOLUTION: Wire (2) is wound on a corrugated molded pipe (1) thickly at the end (1d) of the corrugated molded pipe (1) having a through-hole (1c) and with a predetermined clearance at the intermediate part, at an end edge (1f) the wire (2) is pushed down to a valley part (1b) of the corrugated molded pipe (1), a ring member (3) covers the end edge (1f), the end edge (1f) is diameter-expanded in a taper shape, and the corrugated molded pipe (1), the wire (2), and the ring member (3) are welded. Since the end edge (1f) is diameter-expanded in the taper shape, not cylindrically, the equipment burdens can be reduced. Defects of gaps that are produced between the wires (2) because of meltdown or slimming of the wire (2) by welding heat can be suppressed, and the yield can be improved.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
