PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device which identifies a suitable transmission destination and transmit an additional document without involving troublesome work to the user when a user wants to transmit the additional document in a TV conference between base points. PSOLUTION: In an MFP (Multi Function Peripheral) 11, a scanner 35 reads an original document, an external IF 34 acquires a TV conference image of the other base point and connection destination information for identification of the other base point from a TV conference terminal, a transmission destination determiner 40 reads a transmission destination corresponding to the connection destination information from a connection destination DB 52, and a communication unit 42 transmits the document to the transmission destination. When the document is to be transmitted to a conference participant, a person extractor 39 extracts a person image having a feature recorded in narrow-down condition DB51 from the TV conference image, the transmission destination determiner 40 identifies a transmission destination corresponding to the person image by using a transmission destination DB 50, and the communication unit 42 transmits the document to the identified transmission destination.
