PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measurement device that can improve identification accuracy of a road surface state and a detection device.;SOLUTION: A measurement device 1 includes: a detection part 10 that detects a charge potential distributed over a vehicle body 2A by contact, separation, and friction between a tire 2B and a road surface 3; and a data processing part 20 that includes a monitoring part that monitors the amplitude of the charge potential detected by the detection part. The detection part 10 which is a detection device includes a reference electrode 12 that is disposed apart from the external surface of the vehicle body 2A with a space therebetween, and a sensor amplifier 13 that senses the potential between the vehicle body 2A and the reference electrode 12 as a signal and amplifies the signal.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
