PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stationary marker buoy which stays at the dropped position to show its position even when the wind is strong above water, and the water flow is rapid and strong.;SOLUTION: In the stationary marker buoy 30, a weight 1 is fixed to one end of a delivery rope 3, the other end of the delivery rope is fixed to a winding body, and the delivery rope is wound around the winding body. The winding body is rotatably and pivotably supported by a floating body part 7 afloat on a water surface, and a winding body rotation-stopping means 10 is provided on the floating body part. When the weight load is applied to the floating body part, the winding body rotation-stopping means is in a releasing state, and the delivery rope is delivered from the winding body. When any weight load is not applied to the floating body part, the winding body rotation-stopping means is in an operating state to stop the rotation of the winding body.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
