PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide environment allowing an operator to readily perform a practice of contrast radiography.SOLUTION: A contrast radiography practice apparatus includes: reception means that receives, from an operator, a command to start a real scan after injection of contrast medium in a virtual contrast radiography; and output means that outputs at least one of a prediction image of a radiography object by the real scan and an evaluation of timing to start the real scan on the basis of timing when receiving a command to start the real scan. Preferably, the contrast radiography practice apparatus further includes display means that displays a monitoring image, in a pseudo manner, by a pre-scan of the radiography object in which the contrast medium has been injected. The reception means is configured to receive a command to start the real scan during the display of the monitoring image.
