PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas stop structure capable of repeated inflation and deflation.SOLUTION: This gas stop structure comprises: a plurality of outer films; an air holding area, formed of the outer films through heat-seal bonding and comprising a buffer portion and an air storage portion, wherein an area of the buffer portion is smaller than an area of the air storage portion; a stop valve, located between the outer films through heat-seal bonding, wherein a part of the stop valve is located inside the buffer portion, and another part is exposed beyond the outer films; and a folding portion, formed of the outer films through heat-seal bonding and located between the buffer portion and the air storage portion, wherein the folding portion comprises a connecting hole through which the buffer portion and the air storage portion are in communication; when the air holding area is injected with gas through the stop valve by inserting an air pipe in the stop valve, a height of the inflated air storage portion is greater than that of the buffer portion to form a level difference, so that the air storage portion bends towards the buffer portion with the folding portion as a central point to seal the connecting hole; the gas is sealed by the stop valve when the air pipe is removed from the stop valve after the completion of the gas charging.
