PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the corporation headquarter side of a corporation operating a plurality of service offices to surely recognize it by the deadline for application in the present month that a responsible person forgets terminal operations with respect to procedures of application for nursing care benefits relating to services provided in the previous month, if this situation occurs in any one of the service offices.;SOLUTION: A mediation device of procedures of application for nursing care benefits includes a browse data generating and sending function which generates browse data and sends it to a terminal of a corporation headquarter being a request source. The browse data is processed so that a list of transmission states of intra-group offices is displayed where four display positions respectively corresponding to four steps of a step of arrival at the mediation device, a step of transmission to window of National Health Insurance Organization, a step of confirming arrival at window of National Health Insurance Organization, and a step of acceptance at window of National Health Insurance Organization are defined for each office and a completion indicator or an incompletion indicator is displayed in each of the display positions.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
