PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floating matter recovery method capable of surely recovering floating matters even when the flow of a water channel is fast.;SOLUTION: A floating matter recovery facility is constructed through: a bottom open dam installation step of installing a bottom open dam 10 structured to dam an upper layer flow of a water channel 100 and make a lower layer flow pass through; a first partition wall installation step of installing a first partition wall 20 for partitioning the water channel more on the upstream side than the bottom open dam 10 in a width direction; and a second partition wall installation step of installing a second partition wall 30 for preventing water 103 from flowing from the upstream side of the water channel 100 into a floating matter introducing water area positioned between one quay 102 in the water channel 100 and the first partition wall 20.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
