CEMENT COMPOSITION, SOIL CEMENT USING THE CEMENT COMPOSITION, AND GROUND-IMPROVING CONSTRUCTION METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cement composition for a ground-improving construction which promotes recycling of ready-mixed concrete sludge in a ground-improving construction field and contains high-quality ready-mixed concrete sludge powder as an entire alternative to bentonite and partial alternative to cement, soil cement using the cement composition as cement and a ground-improving construction method using the soil cement.SOLUTION: The cement composition includes ready-mixed concrete sludge powder. The ready-mixed concrete sludge powder is obtained by performing baking/grinding treatment on ready-mixed concrete sludge within five days after the ready-mixed concrete sludge is generated, and the weight ratio of the cement and the ready-mixed concrete sludge powder in the cement composition is 100:3 to 70. Further, soil cement using the cement composition and a ground-improving construction method are also provided.
