PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition for a laser engraving-type flexographic printing plate, which enables production of a flexographic printing plate excellent in non-tackiness, hardness, printing resistance and an halftone pattern and has excellent removal performance of engraving dusts produced during laser engraving of an original plate for a printing plate, an original plate for a flexographic printing plate using the resin composition for the laser engraving-type flexographic printing plate, a method of producing the original plate for the flexographic printing plate, a plate-making method for the flexographic printing plate using the original plate for the printing plate, and the flexographic printing plate obtained in the plate-making method.SOLUTION: A resin composition for a laser engraving-type flexographic printing plate includes: a polyurethane resin (component A) having a group represented by formula (1); an ethylenically unsaturated compound (component B); and a polymerization initiator (component C). In formula (1), R and R" independently represent a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group; R' represents an alkyl group; R and R' may be linked together to form a ring; and a wavy line represents a bonding position.
