PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry users to respective floors, by continuing operation of elevators, even in rolling blackout.SOLUTION: A group supervisory operation system of elevators includes a battery for controlling operation of a plurality of cars and supplying electric power to the respective cars in blackout, and a group supervisory operation control device 15 has an information acquiring part 31 for acquiring rolling blackout information including a time period of the rolling blackout, an operation continuing car determining part 32 for determining the car for continuing the operation in the rolling blackout from among the respective cars based on the rolling blackout information, and an operation control part 33 for continuing the operation by supplying the electric power of the battery only to the car determined by the operation continuing car determining part 32 during the time period of the rolling blackout when the rolling blackout is actually performed.
