PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect an electric field at any position with any resolution and obtain temporal changes in electric filed distribution in the vicinity of the entire surface of an object under measurement.;SOLUTION: The electric field measuring array sensor 101 includes a plurality of electric field detection sections 102 having planar conductors 103 for detecting an electric field in the vicinity of an electric instrument M. The electric field detection section 102 includes an output conductor 104 for outputting a signal corresponding to an electric field detected individually. The electric field measuring array sensor 101 includes a plurality of inter-output-conductor switches 107 for electrically connecting the output conductors of adjacent electric field detection sections 102 in order to output a composite signal obtained by composing signals from the output conductors 104 of the adjacent electric field detection sections 102.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
