PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a milky lotion to creamy oil-in-water type emulsion skin-cleansing agent, having a high detergency, quickly becoming familiar with make up, excellent in emulsion stability, easily washed away, and smooth and easy for spreading.;SOLUTION: A milky lotion to creamy oil-in-water type emulsion skin-cleansing agent is provided by comprising (a) 45 to 70 mass% of oil, (b) 10 to 30 mass% of polyoxyethylene glyceryl monofatty acid ester of HLB 8 to 14, (c) 10 to 45 mass% of water and (d) 0.01 to 1 mass% of a thickening agent.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
