PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing system capable of preventing unauthorized use of a settlement card.SOLUTION: A deliverer information terminal 1 includes: a terminal-side transmission section 104 for transmitting card identification information of a settlement card presented by a user who is a delivery destination of a merchandise acquired by a card identification information acquisition section 101 and payment identification information of a settlement performed for purchasing the merchandise acquired by a payment identification information acquisition section 102 to a server device 2; a terminal-side reception section 105 which receives propriety information indicating whether or not to deliver the merchandise from the server device 2; and an output section 106 for outputting the propriety information. The server device 2 includes: a server-side reception section 202 for receiving the payment identification information and the card identification information; a determination section 208 which determines whether or not purchase information having the received payment identification information and the received card identification information exists in the purchase information having the card identification information and the payment identification information stored in a purchase information storage section 201, and acquires the propriety information; and a server-side transmission section 210 for transmitting the propriety information.
