PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus in which solar light is caused to pass through a glass sphere, is condensed on a substrate to generate heat thereby boiling water, steam is generated and supplied to a turbine from a nozzle to rotate the turbine, a generator attached to a rotary shaft is rotated to generate power.SOLUTION: A water tank room and a steam turbine power generation room are installed in a building. The substrate is installed in the water tank room, and the inside of the building is sealed. The glass sphere is exposed from the water tank upper part and the building upper part to receive solar light.
