PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce work time and leakages in a testing case when generating a testing case, and to automatically generate the testing case while ensuring traceability from a stage of designing.SOLUTION: A definition input part 2 acquires an old screen definition file D11O including the definition of a GUI component displayed in an operation screen and information of a display position, a new screen definition file D11N, an old monitoring item definition file D12O including the definition of association of the GUI component and a monitoring item, a new monitoring item definition file D12N, an old logic definition file D13O including a logic showing the display attribute of the GUI component and an operation when the GUI component is operated, and a new logic file D13N. A difference detection part 4 detects the differences between the old and new various definition files. A generation part 6 generates testing cases for all of combinations which elements included in the differences between the old and new various definition files can take in the new various definition files, and generates a testing scenario for respective GUI components of the testing cases.
