PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an effective management supporting system for conference rooms that can help enhance the utilization rate of a plurality of conference rooms by simplifying booking procedures for booking parties and avoiding concentration of bookings in specific hours.;SOLUTION: A management supporting system comprises a management server 11 for managing all of conference rooms 6 arranged on a floor 3 of an office building 2, a plurality of booking party's terminals 31, a floor monitor 41 or room monitors 51, and communication line means. Each booking party's terminal 31 inputs conference room booking information protected with a password consisting of literal character information on the basis of conference room booking screen information linked to top screen information transmitted from the management server 11 and transmits the protected information to the management server 11, which transmits, in response to a transmission request from the booking party's terminal 31, the conference room booking screen information to the booking party's terminal, and at the same time prepares and transmits to the floor monitor 41 or each of the room monitors 51 in accordance with a management supporting program room entrance application screen information for permitting the use of the conference room booked by the booking party's terminal 31.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
