PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anchor capable of branching a lead-in wire from a power distribution line between power poles with a smaller number of parts without using a messenger wire between the power poles.;SOLUTION: An anchor 3 includes an insulation bar 11 of a length, which bridges three power distribution lines 2A-2C; three power distribution line attachments 12A-12C disposed on the insulation bar 11 separated away from each other at a distance in a length direction; and two lead-in wire holders 13B and 13C disposed in a central area of the insulation bar 11 in the length direction thereof. The anchor 3 has two fuse holders 7 attached thereto. Between the power poles, the anchor 3 is attached to power distribution lines by binding the power distribution line attachments 12A-12C to each of the power distribution lines 2A-2C using a bind wire 31. In a halfway of each of the power cable lead-in wires 4B and 4C in the lead-in wires 4A-4C, which are branched from the power distribution lines 2A-2C between the power poles, a fuse 6B, 6C is connected to the power cable lead-in wires 4B and 4C respectively. Each of the fuses 6B and 6C is held by a fuse holder 7. The lead-in wires 4B and 4C downstream the fuse are held by the lead-in wire holders 13B and 13C on the anchor 11.
