PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscopic surgical instrument configured to reduce a patient's burden as well as the difficulty of operative procedure by allowing a clip to be set on forceps within the body cavity.;SOLUTION: The endoscopic surgical instrument set includes: forceps 10 for clip operation having a clip holding portion 18 provided at a tip of a tubular shaft 11, the clip holding portion being composed of a movable jaw 12 and a fixed jaw 13; forceps 20 for clip attachment/detachment having a clip nipping portion 28 provided at a tip of a tubular shaft 21, the clip nipping portion being composed of a movable jaw 22 and a fixed jaw 23; and a clip 30. The forceps for clip operation include holding recesses 16, 17 formed so that when the clip is held, it can be held regularly in a fixed direction to the axial direction of the tubular shaft, the forceps for clip attachment/detachment include nipping recesses 26, 27 formed so that when the clip is nipped, it is regularly nipped at the same angle to the axial direction of the tubular shaft. The clip includes a held portion to be held by the movable jaw and fixed jaw of the forceps for clip operation and a nipped portion to be nipped by the movable jaw and fixed jaw of the forceps for clip attachment/detachment.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
