METHOD OF EXTENDING HOISTING FREIGHT ROPE IN BOOM DETACHABLE CRANE VEHICLE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that the work of tensing a hoisting freight rope by the worker's hold of the top of the hoisting freight rope is dangerous because of walking on a boom although it is necessary to tense the hoisting freight rope along the upper face of the boom after a separated boom is assembled to a swivel base in a boom detachable crane vehicle.;SOLUTION: An auxiliary rope 7 having a length reaching from a boom base end to a boom top is attached to the boom 3 separated from the vehicle 1 under the condition of being extended along the upper face of the boom, after the base end of the auxiliary rope 7 and the top end of the hoisting freight rope 6 wound up by a winch 5 on the swivel base 2 are connected with the boom 3 attached to the swivel base 2, the hoisting freight rope 6 can be safely extended to the boom 3 by lowering the top end side of the auxiliary rope 7 via a boom top end 3b to make the top end of the hoisting freight rope 6 hang down from the boom top end 3b with the hoisting freight rope 6 rewound from the winch 5 extended along the upper face of the boom.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
