PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control an atomization amount so that dew condensation is not caused in a heat exchanger while decreasing an outside air temperature as much as possible, in a configuration for cooling an outside air by atomization water to supply the heat exchanger with the cooled outside air.;SOLUTION: A dry-bulb temperature and humidity of the outside air are measured by a thermometer 21 and a hygrometer 22 to determine a wet-bulb temperature of the outside air. The wet-bulb temperature of the outside air after supply of atomization water is measured by a thermometer 23, and if the temperature is higher than the wet-bulb temperature, an atomization amount is increased. Further, if the dry-bulb temperature measured by the thermometer 23 becomes the same with the wet-bulb temperature, the atomization amount is decreased.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
