PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a survey setting point indication device and a surveying system which enable a decision of survey setting point and a piling work to be easily executed.;SOLUTION: A survey setting point indication device comprises: a laser emission device 16 which emits laser light 17; a circular prism 9 which has a hollow 14 in a center thereof; a mirror 18 which is arranged in the hollow, capable of rotating around two orthogonal axes and capable of deflecting the laser light 17 emitted from the laser emission device 16 in an arbitrary direction; a prism device 5 which has a control section 19 to control an attitude or rotation of the mirror 18; and a supporting body which supports the prism device 5.
