PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation measurement device capable of providing highly accurate measurement of radiation energy with a simple structure.;SOLUTION: A radiation measurement device includes; a compound semiconductor detector 20 which detects energy of incident radiation and outputs an analog electrical signal whose wave height corresponds to the detected radiation energy; an integrating amplifier 21 which amplifies the analog electrical signal from the detector 20 and outputs an amplified analog electrical signal; an A/D converter 25 which digitizes the output signal from the integrating amplifier 21 at a preset sampling interval; and a central processor unit (data processing unit) 61 which performs data processing of the digitized electrical signal to obtain energy of radiation that has entered the detector 20.
