PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation measurement device capable of providing highly accurate measurement of radiation energy with a simple structure.;SOLUTION: A radiation measurement device includes; a compound semiconductor detector 20 which detects energy of incident radiation and outputs an analog electrical signal whose wave height corresponds to the detected radiation energy; an integrating amplifier 21 which amplifies the analog electrical signal from the detector 20 and outputs an amplified analog electrical signal; an A/D converter 25 which digitizes the output signal from the integrating amplifier 21 at a preset sampling interval; and a central processor unit (data processing unit) 61 which performs data processing of the digitized electrical signal to obtain energy of radiation that has entered the detector 20. The time constant of the integrating amplifier 21 is set such that the output signal thereof is discharged over an interval longer than the sampling interval of the A/D converter 25.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
