PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a beam profile adjustment device for achieving flexible beam molding, while sufficiently protecting a light transmission path from damage based on an external influence.;SOLUTION: A beam profile adjustment device 20 of a laser beam being guided in a light transmission path 1 on which protective coverings 7a and 7b are formed of a light transmission cable 2 includes: a deformation device 6 for deforming the light transmission path 1 in a section 9 unenclosed by the protective coverings of the light transmission cable 2; a housing 14 formed to enclose the light transmission path 1 at least in the section 9 unenclosed by the protective coverings; and two storage parts 4a and 4b arranged at the oppositely-positioned end parts of the housing 14 and to which one ends of blocks 7a and 7b of the protective coverings are respectively fixed.
